摘要: 某天然气净化厂2014年投产,截至目前已经历3轮次装置大修。该厂在检修过程中不断总结经验,逐渐形成了胺液系统再生、吹硫、脱硫装置上水充压、加氢催化剂降温、高压区气密、投料、冲洗和水联运等7大优化技术。这7大技术的落地实施可提升检维修技术、统筹优化开停工工序、明确关键工序的验收标准,有助于高含硫天然气净化装置的检维修实现安全、效率和质量的有效统一,并可为类似装置的检修提供借鉴。

Abstract: A natural gas purification plant commenced operations in 2014 and has undergone three rounds of major overhauls to date. Through conti-nuous refinement of its maintenance practices, the plant has developed seven key optimization technologies including amine solvent system regeneration, sulfur sweep, water filling and pressurization of de-sulfurization units, hydrotreating catalyst cooling, gas tightness testing in high-pressure sections, feed introduction, and flushing and water circulation runs. The implementation of these seven technologies can enhance inspection and maintenance technologies, streamline startup and shutdown procedures and establish clear acceptance criteria for critical steps. This contributes to achieving an effective integration of safety, efficiency and quality in the inspection and maintenance of high-sulfur natural gas purification units, while providing references for overhauls of similar facilities.
