摘要: 文章介绍了某炼化企业催化裂化装置油浆泵设计选型的理论依据、结构特点,以及其投用后的使用情况。针对油浆泵运行工况与设计参数偏离较大的情况,对其进行了国产化改造,并将设计参数进行了进一步优化。改造后,该泵节能及长周期运行效果较好。上述优化改进措施对油浆泵的设计选型具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: This paper presents the theoretical basis and structural characteristics of the type selection in designing oil slurry pump for catalytic cracking unit of a refining enterprise, as well as its operation after being put into use. In view of the large deviation of the operating conditions of the oil slurry pump from the design parameters, the pump was modified for localization, and the design parameters were further optimized. After the transformation, the pump has achieved good effects in energy saving and long-cycle operation. The above optimization and improvement measures are of certain significance for the type selection in designing oil slurry pumps.
