摘要/Abstract

摘要： 加热炉作为石化企业的主要的核心设备，其运行状况直接关系到企业的安全生产与能耗。文章针对加热炉在运行过程中存在的烟气CO含量超标、O₂含量偏高以及燃烧状况差等诸多问题，分析了问题产生的原因，并基于测试诊断与调整总结出查找和解决问题的方法，为石化企业加热炉的日常管理提供了思路。

关键词: 加热炉, 石油化工, 测试诊断

Abstract: As the main core equipment, the operation of the heating furnace in petrochemical enterprises is directlyrelated to the safety in production and energy consumption of enterprises. Aiming at the many problems such as excessive flue gas CO content, high O2 content and poor combustion condition of the heating furnace in the operation process, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and summarizes the methods of finding and solving the problems based on the test diagnosis and adjustment. This provides ideas for the daily management of heating furnace in petrochemical enterprises.
