Technological Modification of Three-Stage Cyclone Separators of 2# Catalytic Cracking Unit

摘要: 针对催化裂化能量回收装置高温烟气轮机出现的故障,采用新型导叶式旋风分离技术,提出了新型高效低阻型立管多管式三级旋风分离器(简称三旋)的改造方案。改造后,三旋出口烟气在线采样催化剂浓度为92.5 mg/m3,粉尘粒径均小于10 μm,表明三旋分离性能指标完全达到烟机入口烟气的净化要求,能够保证烟气轮机长周期安全运行。

Abstract: Aiming at the failure of the high temperature flue gas turbine of catalytic cracking energy recovery unit, new guide vane cyclone separation technology was adopted. This paper put forward the modification scheme of new vertical and multi-tube three-stage cyclone separators (three-stage cyclone for short) of high efficiency and low resistance. After modification, the catalyst concentration of flue gas by on-line testing from three-stage cyclone outlet was 92.5 mg/m3. The particle size of powder was less than 10 microns. This indicated that the performance of three-stage cyclone separation completely met the purification requirements of flue gas of flue gas turbine inlet. This can ensure the long-cycle and safe operation of the flue gas turbine.
