摘要: 根据烃类水蒸气转化法制氢装置转化炉的结构特点,对制约其热效率提升的一些问题进行分析和讨论。重点针对消除转化炉系统的漏风问题做了一些探索和尝试。采用特制的封堵结构,降低了转化炉排放烟气中的氧含量,提高了转化炉热效率。

关键词: 制氢装置, 转化炉, 辐射室, 对流室, 氧含量, 热效率

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of hydrocarbon-steam reformer for hydrogen plant, some problems restricting the improvement of its thermal efficiency are analyzed and discussed. Some preliminary explorations and attempts are made to eliminate the air leakage in the reformer system. Special sealing structure is adopted to reduce the oxygen content in the flue gas from the reforming furnace and improve the thermal efficiency of the reformer.
