摘要: 通过分析三鞍座容器的受力特点,计算三个鞍座在局部集中载荷和均布载荷作用下,各鞍座的剪力和弯矩。所得结论为:在三个鞍座布置时,将局部集中载荷设置在相邻两鞍座中间,中间固定鞍座设置在容器中间时,容器受力均匀,三个鞍座的受力合理,在校核容器时,容器局部应力最小。

Abstract: This paper calculates the structural reaction and bending moment of the three saddles under locally concentrated load and uniformly distributed load through analysis on the force characteristics of the three-saddle vessel. And the conclusions are as follows: when the three saddles are arranged, the locally concentrated load is set in the middle of two adjacent saddles and the middle fixed saddle is arranged in the middle of the vessel, then the force on the vessel is uniform and the force on the three saddles are reasonable; the vessel has minimal local stress when it’s checked.
