摘要: 文章对国产化大型生成气压缩机的设计选型过程进行详细阐述,围绕温度控制对其配置和布置方案等设计要点进行理论分析。方案通过将两级压缩带中间冷却与压缩机腔体喷液冷却进行组合配置,将一、二级出口温度很好地控制在72 ℃以内,确保与最高上限温度80 ℃留有足够余量; 同时,创新地提出两台压缩机共用一台汽轮机驱动的并联布置方案,提高机组运行效率并降低整套机组的操作难度。最后结合机组实际应用后的现场运行数据来验证方案设计的合理性,并提出优化方向。

Abstract: This paper elaborated on the design and selection process of the domestic large-scale product gas compressor. It conducted a theoretical analysis on the design key points such as the configuration and arrangement of the compressor unit based on the temperature control. Through combined configuration of two separated stages with internal cooler plus the coolant injecting into the compressor chamber, the outlet temperature of both stages can be controlled within 72 ℃ to ensure a safe margin for the highest temperature limit of 80 ℃. Meanwhile, the paper proposed an innovative parallel arrangement in which two compressors are driven by one steam turbine so as to improve the operating efficiency and reduce the operating difficulty of the entire unit. Finally, combining with the field operating data of the compressor unit from actual application, the paper verified the rationality of the program design and proposed the optimization direction.
