摘要: 催化裂化装置烟气轮机(简称烟机)入口管线焊缝开裂严重威胁安全生产,文章从设计、焊接材料、焊接施工及操作各环节列举了对焊缝的影响因素和作业要求,有助于业内一线人员了解焊缝开裂的机理,进而发现和解决问题。

关键词: 应力集中, 强度降低系数, 铁素体, σ相, 超温时长

Abstract: The weld cracking of expander inlet line of FCCU threatens the operation safety seriously. This paper lists the key factors and operation requirements from the aspects of design, welding materials, welding construction and operation. This is helpful for the operators and maintainers in the industry to understand the cracking mechanism, and then to find and solve the problems.
