Extended Application of Strain-hardening Austenitic Stainless Steel Studs

摘要: 文章对比分析了国内标准及ASME规范对奥氏体不锈钢应变强化螺柱的规定。当国内标准不能满足实际设计需求时,可扩展不锈钢应变强化螺柱的材料类型、公称直径和适用温度。针对GB/T 150.1—2011未规定奥氏体不锈钢应变强化螺柱的许用应力取值方法的现状,文章根据此类螺柱的金相和力学特征,提供了解决问题的方法并推荐了许用应力取值。通过奥氏体不锈钢螺柱的室温和高温拉伸试验印证了应变强化的效果,并为国标中扩展奥氏体不锈钢应变强化螺柱的应用提供了借鉴。

Abstract: This paper compared and analyzed the regulations for strain-hardening austenitic stainless steel studs in the domestic standards and the ASME Codes. When the domestic standards cannot meet the actual design requirements, the material type, nominal diameter and applicable temperature of strain-hardening stainless steel studs can be expanded. Since GB/T 150.1—2011 does not specify the allowable stress value of strain-hardening austenitic stainless steel studs, this paper provided a method to solve the problem and recommended the allowable stress value according to the metallographic and mechanical characteristics. The tension tests of austenitic stainless steel studs at room temperature and high temperature verified the effects of strain-hardening and provided reference for extending the application of austenitic stainless steel studs in domestic standard.
