On Preparation Process of Melt Pump Bearing Bush for Extrusion Granulator

摘要: 文章介绍了挤压造粒机熔融泵轴瓦的选材及制备工艺,并对自制轴瓦进行了全面的分析测试。挤压造粒机熔融泵轴瓦选用0Cr13Ni4Mo作为基体,在轴瓦内壁和端面激光熔覆司太立6B合金。对比分析和检测结果显示,自制轴瓦与进口轴瓦参数(如成分、硬度、金相组织、涂层的物相分析、宏观剖面等)、性能接近,说明产品制备技术得到了突破,完全可以进行国产化替代,填补了国内空白。

Abstract: This paper introduces the material selection and preparation process of melt pump bearing bush of the extrusion granulator and conducts a comprehensive analysis and testing of the homemade bearing bush. 0Cr13Ni4Mo was selected as the matrix for the melt pump bearing bush of the extrusion granulator, and Stellite 6B alloy was clad on the inner wall and end face of the bearing bush by laser melting. Comparative analysis and test results show that the performance and parameters (e.g. composition, hardness, metallurgical organization, physical analysis of the coating, macroscopic profile, etc.) of the homemade bearing bush is close to that of the imported one, which indicates that the product preparation technology has made a breakthrough, and the imported bearing bush can be completely replaced by homemade one. This has filled the gap domestically in this field.
