摘要: 文章聚焦于某炼油厂常减压装置减底泵机械密封的频繁泄漏,导致装置多次的操作波动,严重影响了炼油厂的正常生产秩序。每次密封泄漏不仅会造成近10万元的直接经济损失,而且为了更换密封,大量渣油需要降温排空,这不仅浪费了宝贵的资源,还增加了处理成本和环境污染风险。为解决这一问题,文章深入分析了影响机械密封使用效果的诸多原因,通过对其结构的精心优化设计,以及对机械密封辅助系统的精准调整,在新方案投用后,达到了预期的使用效果,显著提升了装置的运行稳定性和经济性。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the frequent leakage of the mechanical seal of the bottom pump in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a certain refinery, which led to multiple operational fluctuations of the unit and affected the normal production order of the refineryseriously. Each seal leakage causes direct economic loss of nearly 100,000 yuan and a large amount of residue oil needs to be cooled and emptied for seal replacement. This not only wastes precious resources, but also increases processing costs and environmental pollution risks. To solve the problems, this paper analyzes in depth various reasons affecting the mechanical seal effect. Through elaborate optimization design of the sealing structure and precise adjustment of the sealing auxiliary system, the expected effects were achieved after the new scheme was put into use. This has improved the operational stability and economical efficiency of the unitsignificantly.
