摘要: 文章采用计算流体力学软件Ansys Fluent对某加氢反应进料加热炉进行了数值模拟研究,对5种不同过剩空气系数条件下的辐射炉管表面热强度、燃料燃烧程度、辐射段炉膛温度、辐射段热负荷以及NOx的生成等进行了对比分析,得出了过剩空气系数对加氢反应进料加热炉辐射段性能的影响规律,可为后续加氢反应进料加热炉的工程设计和运行操作提供参考。

Abstract: In this paper, the computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS fluent is used to conduct numerical simulation research on a hydrogenation feed heating furnace. The surface thermal intensity of the radiation furnace tube, fuel combustion degree, radiation section furnace temperature, radiation section heat load, and NOx generation under five conditions of excess air coefficient were compared and analyzed. Then the influence of excess air coefficient on the performance of the radiation section of the hydrogenation feed heating furnace was obtained. This can provide reference for the engineering design and operation of subsequent hydrogenation reaction feed heating furnaces.
