Abstract: The exporting countries always maintain a confidential attitude to the overhaul technology of imported screw compressors. Butadiene compressor is the key equipment in butadiene extraction plant of petrochemical enterprises. This paper records and summarizes the overhaul technology of butadiene screw compressor imported from Japan. It introduces the processes and technical points of the compressor during its disassembly and assembly and integral hoisting in the compressor room as well as its disintegration, inspection, replacement, assembly and test in the overhaul room. This provides theoretical basis and technical support for the related enterprises to repair similar imported screw compressors in the future.
