摘要: 胺液循环系统存在塔器拦液冲塔、胺液质量下降等问题,影响装置运行稳定性,且系统能耗高。文章以某炼厂单套胺液系统为研究对象,分析诊断其运行现状及存在的问题,采用某石化研究院开发的胺液系统优化、抗堵塔盘、高效位阻胺脱硫剂及胺液过滤净化技术进行改造并工业应用,提高了系统运行稳定性,节能效果明显。

Abstract: The amine liquid circulation system has such problems as entrainment flooding of tower liquid blocking, decline of amine liquid quality. These problems may affect the stability of the unit and the energy consumption of the system is high. This paper takes a single set of amine liquid system in a refinery as the research object. It analyzes and diagnoses its current status and existing problems. The amine liquid circulation system is revamped and industrialized by the optimization of amine liquid system, anti-blocking tray, high-efficiency hindered amine desulfurizer and amine liquid filtration and purification technology developed by certain petrochemical research institute. Such optimization improves the system operation stability and obtains obvious energy saving effect.
