摘要: 某炼油厂空气冷却器管束丝堵在装置开工过程中发生泄漏,紧固过程中发现个别丝堵断裂。通过对断裂丝堵及同批新丝堵进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、金属检测等分析出开裂原因,同时借鉴同行案例,提出了解决方案。文章可为同类设备相关问题的处理提供思路与参考。

Abstract: Leakage occurred in the pipe plug of the tube bundle of air cooler in an oil refinery during the start-up of the unit and individual pipe plugs were found to be fractured during the tightening process. Through macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis and metal testing of the fractured pipe plugs and the new pipe plugs of the same batch, the causes for the fracture were identified. Meanwhile, solutions were proposed with reference to peer cases. This paper can provide ideas and reference for solving related problems in similar equipment.
