调温水泵轴承开裂失效分析

Failure Analysis on the Bearing Cracking of Thermoregulation Water Pump

摘要: 为了查明某石化公司塑料生产装置的调温水泵轴承开裂失效原因,利用扫描电镜、洛氏硬度计和金相显微镜等仪器,对水泵失效轴承内圈进行了检测分析。检测结果表明:轴承内圈开裂失效性质为机械疲劳,内圈材质中非金属夹杂物过多是导致轴承内圈开裂的主要原因。对同批次进口轴承备件进行了排查和检测,并与轴承供货厂家进行了沟通,避免类似材质再次出现缺陷问题。

Abstract: In order to ascertain the reasons for the cracking failure of the bearing of a thermoregulation water pump in a plastic production unit of a petrochemical company, the inner ring of the failed bearing of the water pump was tested and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope, Rockwell hardness tester and metallographic microscope. The test results showed that the cracking failure of the bearing inner ring was mechanical fatigue. The main reason for the bearing inner ring cracking was that there were too many non-metallic inclusions in the inner ring material. The same batch of imported bearing spare parts were checked and tested, and communication with the bearing supplier was done so as to avoid similar material defects.
