摘要: 目前化工原料市场轻质原料价格居高不下,各乙烯装置不得不面对裂解原料重质化的境况。重质化原料裂解产出的裂解气所含汽油组分增多,部分进入裂解气压缩机,造成压缩机超出原设计负荷运行,大幅增加了压缩机驱动汽轮机的负担。为维持装置高负荷运行,需提升在运压缩机驱动汽轮机的能力。经综合分析,在不具备更换汽轮机组主要部件的情况下,通过采取提高蒸汽品质的方法可以改善在运压缩机驱动汽轮机的能力。

Abstract: At present, the price of light raw materials in the chemical raw material market remains high, and each ethylene plant has to face the situation of heavy cracking raw materials. The cracked gas produced by the cracking of heavy raw materials contains more gasoline components, and some of them enter the cracked gas compressor, causing the compressor to operate beyond the original design load. This greatly increases the burden on the compressor to drive the steam turbine. In order to maintain the high-load operation of the device, it is necessary to improve the capacity of the compressor in operation to drive the steam turbine. After comprehensive analysis, it is possible to improve the capacity of the compressor in operation to drive the steam turbine by improving the steam quality without replacing the main components of the steam turbine unit.
