摘要: 汽轮机组是炼油企业的关键设备,在工艺生产过程中发挥着重要作用。静态试验是汽轮机组开机前在安全保障方面的最后测试,而速关油压的建立则是静态试验能否顺利进行的关键。文章分析了某公司部分设备的速关组件油路图,并结合几年来在设备管理工作实际中所遇到的相关问题,提出解决问题的办法并系统性地总结出一些典型问题的解决思路,对促进设备管理水平的提升有一定的帮助。

Abstract: Steam turbine unit is the key equipment in refinery enterprises which plays an important role in the process of production. The static test is the final test in safety guarantee before the start-up of the steam turbine unit, and the establishment of the quick closing oil pressure is the key to the smooth progress of the static test. This paper analyzes the oil circuit diagram of quick closing components of some equipment in certain company. Combining with the related problems encountered in the practical management of equipment over the past few years, it puts forward solutions to the problems, and summarizes the solutions to some typical problems systematically, which is helpful to promote the improvement of equipment management.
