摘要: 石化装置转动设备振动故障是一种常见的设备故障。文章从现场施工角度,对转动设备振动故障的种类及导致故障的原因进行了分析。施工过程中,可基于设备振动故障波形及波谱测量结果,对导致设备振动故障的直接原因进行科学分析及判断,并针对性地采用现阶段已有的熔覆焊修复工艺、轴瓦装配工艺、激光对中设备、防松螺栓、内密封安装方法等措施进行振动故障预防及消除,实现在一个设备中修周期内振动故障发生率低于0.5%的目标。

Abstract: Vibration fault is a common fault of rotating equipment in petrochemical plants. From the perspective of field construction, this paper analyzes the types and causes of vibration faults of rotating equipment. Based on waveform and spectrum measurement results, the direct cause of vibration fault can be analyzed and judged scientifically during construction. And corresponding measures such as cladding welding repair process, bearing bush assembly process, laser alignment equipment, locking bolt, and internal seal installation methods and so on can be adopted to prevent and eliminate vibration faults, thus achieving a vibration fault rate of less than 0.5% during the general equipment maintenance cycle.
