摘要: 为诊断往复压缩机级间压力偏差问题,文章选取具有代表性的实例,通过理论计算的方式对工艺参数、泄漏故障和流量调节等因素对往复压缩机级间压力的影响进行了耦合分析,探讨了多种因素同时作用情况下往复压缩机级间压力的变化规律。分析结果显示,不同程度的各种因素作用于不同气缸时,所造成的影响结果与规律较为复杂,可能出现同向叠加效应造成级间压力偏离更大或反向叠加效应导致级间压力与正常值较为一致等现象。该研究可为往复压缩机级间压力变化分析提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: In order to diagnose the deviation of interstage pressure of reciprocating compressor, this paper selected a representative example and carried out coupling analysis of the effects of process parameters, leakage faults and flow regulation on the interstage pressure of reciprocating compressors through theoretical calculation. It explored the variation law of interstage pressure of reciprocating compressor under the simultaneous action of various factors. The analysis results indicate that the results and rules caused by various factors of different degrees acting on different cylinders are relatively complex, there may be greater deviation of interstage pressures due to synclastic superposition effect or interstage pressures being more consistent with the normal value resulting from reverse superposition effect. The study can provide certain theoretical basis for the analysis of interstage pressure variation of reciprocating compressor.
