摘要: 国内建造的LNG储罐容积由16万m3发展到27万m3,储罐焊接工作量大,特别是9%Ni钢制内罐的焊接,对焊接质量的要求也非常高,是LNG储罐施工的关键环节。目前其环缝采用埋弧自动焊,实现了焊接机械化,但纵缝采用焊条电弧焊,不但劳动强度大,而且焊接效率低,因此开发高效且质量稳定的纵缝自动焊工艺技术是一种必然趋势。文章从焊接方法选择、焊接设备开发以及焊接坡口设计、焊接性能试验、工程应用等多方面对LNG储罐纵缝自动焊工艺技术进行了介绍,可为从事LNG储罐焊接技术人员提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The volume of the LNG storage tanks built in China has developed from 160,000 m3 to 270,000 m3. So the welding workload of the storage tank is large, especially the welding of the 9% Ni steel inner tank, which is the key link in the construction of the LNG storage tanks and the requirements for welding quality are also very high. At present, the annular seam adopts submerged arc automatic welding, which realized the mechanization of welding, yet the longitudinal seam adopts electrode arc welding, which not only has high labor intensity, but also has low welding efficiency. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend to develop efficient and stable longitudinal seam automatic welding process technology. This paper presents the longitudinal seam automatic welding technology of LNG storage tank from the aspects of welding method selection, welding equipment development, welding groove design, welding performance test, engineering application and so forth. This can provide reference for the technicians engaged in LNG storage tank welding.
