摘要: 渣油过滤器是渣油加氢装置的关键设备,其精度和运行状况对反应器压降以及催化剂的使用寿命有较大影响。过滤器运行过程中若出现滤芯裂纹、变形和腐蚀等问题,将直接影响装置的安稳运行。文章针对上述问题,依据对13家企业的14套渣油加氢装置中原料过滤器运行情况的跟踪分析结果,提出了提高过滤器性能的措施。

Abstract: The residual oil filter is a key equipment in the residual oil hydrogenation unit, and its accuracy and operating condition have great impact on the stable operation of the unit, the pressure drop of the reactor and the service life of the catalyst. The failures such as cracks, deformation and corrosion of the filter element during operation will directly affect the safe, stable and long period operation of the device. Aiming at the aforementioned problems, this paper brings forward the measures to improve the filters based on the tracking and analysis of the operation conditions about the residual oil filters in 14 sets of residual oil hydrogenation units from 13 enterprises.
