摘要: 挤压造粒机是聚烯烃类装置造粒单元的关键设备,在粉料成形加工中发挥着重要作用。文章重点介绍了某石化公司聚乙烯、聚丙烯装置CMP-230X型挤压造粒机摩擦离合器的结构及工作原理,并从摩擦离合器仪表控制、机械结构和工艺操作等方面对该型摩擦离合器历年来典型故障进行了原因分析,同时制定了有效的应对措施,可为降低挤压造粒机停机次数、确保挤压造粒机长周期运行提供参考。

Abstract: The extruded granulator is the core equipment of pelletizing unit of polyolefin plant, which plays an important role in powder molding and processing. This paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of the friction clutch of the CMP-230X type extruded granulator in polyethylene and polypropylene plants of a petrochemical company. The causes of typical failures of the friction clutch over the years are analyzed from the aspects of instrument control, mechanical construction and process operation and so forth. Meanwhile, the corresponding effective measures are formulated, which is helpful to reduce the stop times and ensure the long cycle operation of the extruded granulator.
