摘要: 汽轮机是驱动离心压缩机的主要原动机,其可靠性对装置长周期运行极其重要。文章就汽轮机控制油路系统故障案例进行分析,从设计、操作、维护等维度进行优化,方案在已投用机组、新机组中得到应用,大大提升了机组可靠性。

Abstract: Steam turbine is the main prime mover driving centrifugal compressor, and its reliability is very important for long cycle operation of the device. This paper analyzes the failure case of the oil circuit control system of steam turbine and the optimization is carried out from the aspects of design, operation and maintenance. The scheme has been applied in the existing units and new units, and the reliability of the units has been improved greatly.
