连续重整装置增压机气阀故障诊断及解决方案

摘要: 往复式压缩机具有工作压力和流量覆盖范围广泛、能源效率高、气密性强等优点,在炼化装置中得到广泛应用。但往复式压缩机结构复杂,易损件多,其中气阀故障占总故障的60%以上。某石化公司连续重整装置增压机由于气阀故障造成机组停机的次数甚至占到总故障停机次数的85%以上。文章对该装置增压机气阀故障的诊断情况进行了介绍,分析出导致故障的原因并提出了相应的解决方案。该方案通过优化气阀的运行环境,降低了其故障率,并延长了其使用寿命,对保障机组长周期安全平稳运行具有重要的意义。

Abstract: Reciprocating compressor has been widely used in refining units because of its advantages of wide coverage of working pressure and flow, high energy efficiency and strong air tightness. However, the reciprocating compressor has complex structure and many vulnerable parts, of which gas valve failure accounts for more than 60% of the total failure. And the unit shutdown caused by gas valve failure of booster of continuous reforming unit in a plant accounts for more than 85% of the total failure shutdown times in one petrochemical company. This paper describes the diagnosis of the failure of the booster valve of this device, and analyzes the causes of the failure and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The solution reduces the failure rate and extends the service life of the air valve by optimizing the operating environment of the valve, which is of great significance in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit over a long period of time.
