粉煤废锅型气化配套变换粗煤气预热器腐蚀原因分析

Cause Analysis on the Corrosion of Untreated Gases Preheater for Waste Boiler Gasification of Pulverized Coal

摘要: 通过对比不同类型的煤气化工艺所配套变换装置的粗煤气预热器在运行中的腐蚀状况, 从不同粗煤气预热器的介质特点、选材要求等因素出发, 分析各类粗煤气预热器的工艺条件及材质选用情况,最终得出粉煤废锅型气化配套变换粗煤气预热器出现腐蚀的直接原因是粗煤气操作温度低于与其换热的过热态高温变换气的露点温度, 导致高温变换气在换热管壁处被瞬间激冷至露点温度以下, 产生了露点腐蚀。

Abstract: By comparing the corrosion of operating crude gas preheaters of the shift units matching different coal gasification processes, this paper analyzes the process conditions and material selection of various crude gas preheaters based on such factors as the medium characteristics and material selection requirements of different crude gas preheaters. It is finally concluded that the direct corrosion cause of the crude gas preheaters of the shift units matching different coal gasification processes is that the operating temperature of the crude gas is lower than the dew point temperature of the superheated high-temperature transform gas with which it is exchanged. As a result, the high-temperature transform gas is instantly chilled below the dew point temperature at the wall of the heat exchange tube, and thus dew point corrosion occurs.
