摘要: CNG加气站作为组成终端燃气的一部分,属于高危设备,其安全稳定运行受到高度重视。文章通过HYSYS软件对CNG常规加气站进行全流程模拟,详细介绍了加气站内各关键设备和典型工况的建模过程及方法,并结合现场实际参数对全流程模拟进行优化设置。通过对加气站的模拟真实地反映了整站的运行工况,为加气站的稳定运行、优化节能提供参考依据和模拟操作平台。

Abstract: As a part of the terminal gas system, CNG conventional filling station belongs to the high-risk equipment, and its safe and stable operation is highly valued. The whole process simulation of CNG conventional filling station is carried out by HYSYS software. The modeling process of key equipment and typical working conditions are introduced in detail. The whole process simulation is optimized according to the actual field parameters, which truly reflects the operation conditions of the station, and provides a reference basis and simulation operation platform for the stable operation and the optimization of energy saving of the gas station.
