摘要: 油气分离器是螺杆冷冻压缩机的主要设备附件,其油气分离效果的好坏直接影响压缩机的运行可靠性和制冷效果。文章介绍了冷冻系统的概况和压缩机的工作流程,通过研究油气分离器的结构和原理,找出了影响油气分离效果的多种因素。针对上述各项因素进行了深入分析,制定出相应的解决措施,并提出应用多级分离技术和组合分离方式提高油气分离器分离效率的建议,以期能够为提高压缩机的制冷能力、节电降耗以及螺杆压缩机长周期平稳运行提供保障。

Abstract: As the main equipment accessory of screw compressor, the separation effect of the gas-oil separator directly affects the operational reliability and refrigerating effect of the compressor. This paper introduces the overview of the refrigeration system and the workflow of the compressor. Through studying the structure and principles of the oil-air separator, it identified the multiple factors affecting the effect of oil-gas separation.The above factors were analyzed in depth; corresponding measures were formulated and proposals were made to improve the separation efficiency of the oil-gas separator by applying multi-stage separation technology and combinational separation modes. These measures and recommendations have been taken and made to ensure that the refrigeration capacity of compressors could be improved; the energy saving could be achieved and the long-term stable operation of screw compressors could be guaranteed.
