浅析氢气压缩机氮气试机时超温超负荷的原因

摘要: 氢气压缩机投用前进行氮气试机时常出现超温超负荷的现象。根据热力学相关计算,对氢气压缩机氮气试机时的功率进行了定量计算,分析了由于质量流量变化、温度变化等因素引起的功率变化情况。同时根据相关理论对压缩过程中的容积变化功和非容积变化功进行具体分析,进而对工质种类变化所引起的功率变化进行分析和计算,找到了氮气试机时容易出现超温超负荷现象的原因,并根据相关理论对其进行了分析。该研究结论可为避免出现上述现象提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Over-temperature and overload often occur when the hydrogen compressor is tested with nitrogen before it is put into use. In this paper, the power of the hydrogen compressor during the nitrogen test was calculated quantitatively according to the thermodynamic calculation, and the power change caused by the mass flow change and temperature change was analyzed. Meanwhile, the expansion work and non-expansion work in the compression process were analyzed specifically according to the relevant theories, and then the power change caused by the change of the working medium type was analyzed and calculated. The reasons for the over-temperature and overload that tends to occur during the nitrogen test were found and analyzed according to the relevant theories.The conclusions of this study may provide some reference for avoiding the above phenomenon.
