摘要: 文章采用对实例进行理论计算的方式,探讨了往复压缩机双作用气缸两侧不同比例负荷作用对压缩机反向角、旋转不均匀度的影响。计算结果显示,采用文中所述的流量调节方法,可提升压缩机小流量工况下的反向角数值并降低旋转不均匀度。该方法有利于提升压缩机小头轴瓦的润滑性和运行稳定性,可供往复压缩机气缸负荷不平均调节控制参考应用。

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of different proportional loads on the reverse angle and rotating speed oscillation of the reciprocating compressor with double-acting cylinder was discussed by means of theoretical calculation of an example. The calculations show that the flow regulation method adopted in this paper can improve the reverse angle value and reduce the rotating speed oscillation under the low flow condition of the compressor. This method is beneficial to improve the rod bushing's lubricity and operation stability of the compressor, which can provide some guidance for the control of uneven load regulation of reciprocating compressor cylinder.
