Influence of Stepless Capacity Regulation System on the Drive Motor of Reciprocating Compressor

摘要: 文章介绍了无级气量调节系统的优点及对往复压缩机已知的影响,分析了电机电流脉动的概念及计算方法。通过一个实例计算了在使用无级气量调节系统时,不同负荷条件下压缩机曲轴的扭矩和电机定子电流的脉动值,得出了往复式压缩机在无级气量调节系统作用下,随着负荷减小,驱动电机的电流脉动值可能会相应增加的结论。因此建议,在新上无级气量调节系统时,应校核压缩机组的反向角、旋转不均度和驱动电机定子的电流。文章对压缩机的操作、选型计算及校核计算具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract: This paper introduced the advantages of the stepless capacity regulation system and its influence on the reciprocating compressor firstly. Then it analyzed the concept and calculation method of the motor current pulsation. Through an example,the paper calculated the torque of the compressor crankshaft and the motor stator current pulsation under different loads when using the stepless capacity regulation system. It was concluded that as the capacity decreased, the motor current pulsation increased accordingly. Therefore, it is suggested that when the stepless capacity regulation system is newly installed, the reverse angle, rotation unevenness and stator current pulsation of the drive motor should be checked for the compressor unit. This paper is informative for the operation, selection calculation and check calculation of compressors.
