摘要: 大型LNG低温储罐作为液化天然气重要的储存设施,具有结构复杂、材料特殊、质量要求高、施工难度大等特点。近年来,随着LNG储罐设计和施工技术的不断进步,我国开始建造27万m3大型LNG低温储罐。文章重点论述了27万m3大型LNG低温储罐钢拱顶组装施工方法,对拱顶分片方式、预制和安装的施工措施准备、临时存放胎具、拱顶片罐内吊装等环节进行了阐述,此外,还对储罐钢拱顶尺寸加大后,拱顶片预制、临时存放、罐内吊装等环节的施工稳定性计算进行了介绍,以期能够为同类储罐钢拱顶的组装提供参考。

Abstract: As an important storage facility for liquefied natural gas, large LNG storage tank has the characteristics of complex structure, special materials, high quality requirements and great difficulty in construction and so forth. In recent years, with the continuous progress of LNG storage tank design and construction technology, China began to build large LNG low-temperature storage tanks of 270,000 cubic meters. This paper highlighted the assembly and construction method of the steel vault of large LNG storage tanksof 270,000 cubic meters, and it expounded from the aspects of vault partition mode, preparation of construction measures for prefabrication and installation, temporary storage mold and hoisting of vault sheet in the tanks. In addition, it also introduced the calculation of construction stability for the prefabrication of vault sheet, temporary storage, and tank hoisting after increasing the size of the tank steel vaults in the hope of providing reference for the assembly of similar tank steel vaults.
